    To get paid quickly, submit invoices to work orders on your VendorPortal

    Here’s how:

    1. Log in to your VendorPortal to access the Work Orders page.
    2. Click on a work order number.
    3. Navigate to the Invoice tab or select Create an Invoice in the Actions button.
    4. Drag & drop, or browse photos to upload the invoice file
    5. Click Upload Invoice button.
    6. Once done, the invoice will be uploaded to Poplar’s system.

    Tips:

    • Filter New, Open, and Closed Work Orders.
    • Sort based on Work Order #, Created Date, Issue, Address, Schedule, or Work Order Status.
