Poplar Homes was excellent as a property management. As renters, when we reported an issue, they responded by email promptly and followed up on maintenance scheduling. When they transitioned to a new billing system and had some issues, they worked with us and stayed in contact until the issue was resolved. April was our go-to Poplar customer rep and she was always helpful, respectful and responsive.
