    Poplar’s vendor portal allows you to send messages directly in the work order page.

    Here’s how:

    1. Click on a specific work order number
    2. Click View Conversation button to open the message thread regarding the work order. Each conversation thread will show all email or chat interactions sent between the vendor, renter, and the assigned Poplar Manager.
    3. To send a message to the Renter, click the Renter label. Note that the assigned Poplar Manager will be receiving a copy of all messages.
    4. You can also send a message to Poplar’s Manager only.
    5. To access all conversations, go to Messages tab.
