Applications endorsed to you come with the security of Poplar’s thorough vetting process. Renters can complete their application seamlessly through industry-standard credit bureaus and background checks (where allowed).

Access your Owner Dashboard to view a summary of the applicant’s details such as credit score, combined income, and move-in date. Renters that meet our standard qualification standards are automatically pre-qualified. You can then give a final approval to the first applicant that meets all the qualifications. No more phone calls or emails; simply tap on the app to approve!

Get More Quality Renters

 

Your trust is very important to us, so we improved our screening process to ensure you get quality renters. We added a layer of verification that requires applicants to provide their work emails. We then send a verification link to that email which they need to click in order to get verified. This will allow us to check if the work emails they provided are active, and confirms that they’re actually employed in the company they claim to be working for.

Easily Hand Over Your Property to Us

 

We understand how important your time is, so we sat down and thought of how we can make onboarding your property faster and easier. We came up with a feature that lets you add all your property’s details on your dashboard. What used to take 45 minutes of discussion with your leasing agent, now only takes 15 minutes or less.

View and Approve Cost Estimates Online

 

Managing a rental is more than just finding the right renter and collecting rent. The more time-consuming part of it is dealing with maintenance issues which is inconvenient, but necessary. We’re now working on further improving your Owner Dashboard so we can provide you a contactless and more convenient way to handle maintenance concerns.

We’re coming up with a new product called Vendor Portal for our prime service providers (aka vendors). This feature allows our vendors to see renter’s maintenance requests, provide a cost estimate, and send an invoice. The cost estimate will be sent to your Owner Dashboard where you can approve or decline. This will make it faster and easier for you to manage maintenance requests.

Receive and Pay Invoice Online

 

After the cost estimate is approved, our service providers will then proceed with fixing the maintenance issue. Once they’re done, they will submit documentation and proof of the fixes made, as well as the final invoice. All of these will also be sent to your Owner Dashboard where you can view them and proceed to make online payments.
