Sign up for an account and fill in basic details about your rental property or portfolio. We send you a property management agreement to sign.
When your property is vacant, we get right to work finding a great resident by taking high-quality photos and a 3D scan of your home to post to the most visited listing sites such as Zillow.
Once a great resident is occupying your home, we take over the daily tasks of property management, like fixing maintenance issues and collecting rent. When it comes time for lease extensions or move-outs, we handle that too.
